Financial support for IEEE SPS Gujarat members presenting papers at IEEE conferences.
About the Grant
The IEEE Signal Processing Society Gujarat Chapter provides conference grants to support members who have papers accepted at IEEE conferences. The grant helps cover registration fees to encourage research participation.
Eligibility & Conditions
The conference must be an IEEE conference of repute.
The applicant must be an SPS member of IEEE (Gujarat Section) for at least three consecutive years including the year of application.
The applicant should not have availed the same grant from the SPS Chapter of IEEE (GS) in the last two years.
The grant covers registration fees only — not travel, lodging, or boarding.
Grant amount: Rs. 10,000 or actual registration fees, whichever is lower.
Amount reimbursed after attending the event upon producing the registration fee receipt.
Maximum grants per year based on fund availability.
